United Community Wellness
Background Checks
As part of the hiring process, applicants are required to complete both an FBI and a BCI background check.
A safe, trusted team starts with a thorough hiring process.
Because our team works closely with youth, families, and vulnerable individuals, United Community Wellness requires every new team member to complete background screening as part of onboarding. This protects the people we serve and reflects our commitment to safety, integrity, and trust. Applicants must complete both FBI and BCI background checks through the Ohio Attorney General's WebCheck system. Follow the steps below to make sure your results are processed correctly and sent to our office.
